Well it just so happens that,
Mother Nature is your answer.

We all stare at screens 12+ hrs per day.
Studies prove getting outdoors is key.
Let’s find take a look at the benefits.

Overall Benefits:

-Lower likelihood of chronic disease
-Reduced anxiety & depression
-Improved mental well-being
-Reduced blood pressure
-Improved brain function
-Better brain activity
-Increased exercise
-Better sleep

-Improved working memory
-Improved cognitive testing
-Cognitive flexibility
-Attention control
-Stress reduction

Happiness Benefits:
